Abstract: The fixing rivet need to be torqued in three steps according to the cross sequence during assembling the turntable bearing assembly. Many problems are produced with current rivet assembly and tightening method, such as low productivity and poor quality of the tightening Rivet. This article designs an automatic rivet tightening device for multi-specification turntable bearing assemblies, which realizes the functions of the automatic positioning and clamping of multi-specification turntable bearing assemblies, rivet assembly, adding torque in three steps according to the cross sequence, and adding glue.Actual use shows that the equipment works reliably, has high efficiency, and greatly improves the quality of tightening rivet.
