Realization and improvement of gate interlocking function of CNC

摘要: 门联锁功能作为数控机床重要安全防护的形式,对机床操作人员的防护起到至关重要的作用。为了更好地满足机床的安全防护需求,通过利用门联锁实现了机床管控功能且操作过程安全高效。提出了一种关于FANUC-OiC/OiD/OiF系统数控机床门联锁的优化解决方案,基于传统门开关及门联锁安全保护基础功能上,完成操作方案的优化和改进功能的开发,在确保操作安全快捷的同时,实现了安全门锁的可靠性进一步提高,全方位地满足了厂家安全防护的需求。Abstract: As an important form of safety protection for CNC machine tools, gate interlocking function plays a vital role in the protection of machine operators. In order to better meet the safety protection requirements of the machine tools, the gate interlock is used to realize the control function, and the operation process is safe and effective. In this paper, an optimal solution for CNC machine tool gate interlocking of FANUC-OiC/OiD/OiF system is proposed. Based on the basic functions of traditional gate switch and gate interlocking security protection, the optimization of operation scheme and the development of improved functions are completed, and the reliability of safety gate lock is further improved while ensuring better and safe operation. A full range of manufacturers to meet the needs of safety protection.
