基于改进型拉开档次法的数控机床综合性能评价

Comprehensive performance evaluation of CNC machine tools based on improved pull-off grade method

  • 摘要: 针对现有数控机床性能评价研究存在的问题,提出了一种新的基于改进型拉开档次法的静态递阶综合评价方法。利用拉开档次法原理确定了数控机床综合性能评价指标的权重系数,进一步建立了基于改进型拉开档次法的数控机床综合性能评价模型。应用实例的计算结果表明,所建立的数控机床综合性能评价模型合理有效。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the performance evaluation of existing CNC machine tools, a new static hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method based on improved pull-off grade method is proposed. Based on the principle of the open grade method, the weight coefficient of the comprehensive performance evaluation index of the CNC machine tool was determined, and the comprehensive performance evaluation model of the CNC machine tool based on the improved pull-off grade method was further established. The calculation results of the application examples show that the established numerical performance evaluation model of CNC machine tools is reasonable and effective.
