Abstract:
In the research of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive technology, the resource allocation of control unit is tedious, the algorithm programming is complex, and the research and development cycle is long. In this paper, an experimental platform for rapid control prototype (RCP) development was designed to solve these problems. According to the working and control principle of PMSM, a hardware and software module for docking with dSPACE hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulation system was built. The hardware part includes inverters, sensors and protective isolation circuits, and the software part includes simulation algorithm model based on Simulink and on-line debugging ControlDesk interface. The experiment proves the validity of the driving experiment platform, which provides a friendly development environment for the optimization of PMSM dynamic performance, the research of control strategy and the advanced research and development of motor servo system.
