Abstract:
In this article, in view of the difficulties in machining the hub seat of the typical part of underwater connector, the technological route is worked out by studying its structural and material characteristics, and through the process test, the realization technology of flutter suppression and adaptive interpolation in the NC machining of complex surface is studied, and the process parameters of the key process are determined, which meets the machining accuracy and performance requirements of the hub seat of underwater connector, also provides a reference for the machining and manufacturing of similar structures.
