Abstract:
In order to adapt to the trend of warehouse management informationization and automation, and to solve the problems of chaos and poor real-time management of foundry mold warehouse, a mold warehouse management scheme based on Internet of Things technology such as RFID, Modbus/TCP and Web API is proposed. Through the construction of warehouse access visualization guidance and standard inventory management functions such as account maintenance and inventory counting, real-time query of mold inventory status information and dynamic monitoring of mold inbound and outbound warehouses are realized, which greatly reduces tracking time and effectively improves warehouse management efficiency. Finally, through the implementation of the system and the actual application of the enterprise, the feasibility and superiority of the scheme are proved, and it provides a solution worthy of reference for the mold warehouse management.
