Research and application of intelligent mold storage system realization technology

  • 摘要: 为适应仓库管理信息化、自动化的趋势,解决铸造企业模具仓库管理混乱、实时性差等问题,提出了基于RFID、Modbus/TCP和Web API等物联网技术的模具仓库管理方案。通过构建仓库存取可视化指引及台账维护、库存盘点等标准库存管理功能,实现了模具库存状态信息的实时查询和模具出入库动态监控,从而大幅减少了追踪查找时间,有效提高了仓库管理效率。最终,通过系统实施及在企业的实际运用,证明了该方案的可行性及优越性,也为模具仓库管理提供了值得借鉴的方案。

     

    Abstract: In order to adapt to the trend of warehouse management informationization and automation, and to solve the problems of chaos and poor real-time management of foundry mold warehouse, a mold warehouse management scheme based on Internet of Things technology such as RFID, Modbus/TCP and Web API is proposed. Through the construction of warehouse access visualization guidance and standard inventory management functions such as account maintenance and inventory counting, real-time query of mold inventory status information and dynamic monitoring of mold inbound and outbound warehouses are realized, which greatly reduces tracking time and effectively improves warehouse management efficiency. Finally, through the implementation of the system and the actual application of the enterprise, the feasibility and superiority of the scheme are proved, and it provides a solution worthy of reference for the mold warehouse management.
