平衡悬架钢板弹簧座上下盖专用夹具的设计与研究

Design and research of special fixture for upper and lower covers of leaf spring seat of balanced suspension

  • 摘要: 提出了平衡悬架的作用,分析了弹簧座上、下盖的精度要求以及几何特征,并研究了弹簧座上、下盖的加工工艺。基于弹簧座上、下盖的加工工艺以及外形特点,设计了专用夹具及专用刀具,并将其应用于实际生产实例。实例验证了夹具的实用性和专用刀具的可靠性。最终,夹具通过动平衡配重,达到用户理想的切削参数及加工效率。

     

    Abstract: Geometry feature of differential housing is analyzed, processing craft of differential housing is discussed. Based on the processing technology and shape characteristics of the upper and lower covers of spring seat, special fixtures and special cutters are designed and applied to practical production. The practicability of fixtures and the reliability of special cutters are verified by examples. Finally, the fixture achieves the desired cutting parameters and processing efficiency by balancing the weight dynamically.
