基于工业机器人的开关柔性组装自动化系统设计

Design of flexible assembly automation system for socket switch based on industrial robot

  • 摘要: 以MD1位单开开关壳体中开关铜件和壳体组装为例,研发和设计了一套开关铜件和壳体组装工序的自动化系统。应用工业机器人、现代传感技术、现代控制理论技术、机械结构原理以及PLC触摸屏技术,研究开关壳体中开关铜件和壳体的装配工艺,完成整套系统的机械结构设计,选型合适的工业机器人,设计相对应的机器人末端执行器,配以精确可靠的PLC集中控制系统。最后研发出一套基于工业机器人在开关铜件和壳体组装工序中的自动化系统。

     

    Abstract: An automatic system for the assembly process of switch copper parts and housings was developed and designed by taking the assembly of the switch copper parts and the housing in the one-bit single-switch MD as an example. Industrial robots, modern sensing technology, modern control theory technology, mechanical structure principle and PLC touch screen technology were applied to study the assembly process of switch copper parts and housings in the switch, and the mechanical structure of the whole system was completely designed. An appropriate industrial robot was selected, and its end-effector was designed with precise and reliable PLC centralized control system. An automated system based on industrial robots in the assembly process of switch copper parts and housings was developed.
