Abstract:
An automatic system for the assembly process of switch copper parts and housings was developed and designed by taking the assembly of the switch copper parts and the housing in the one-bit single-switch MD as an example. Industrial robots, modern sensing technology, modern control theory technology, mechanical structure principle and PLC touch screen technology were applied to study the assembly process of switch copper parts and housings in the switch, and the mechanical structure of the whole system was completely designed. An appropriate industrial robot was selected, and its end-effector was designed with precise and reliable PLC centralized control system. An automated system based on industrial robots in the assembly process of switch copper parts and housings was developed.
