基于PLC的绝热层打磨机控制系统设计

Design of control system of insulation layer grinder based on PLC

  • 摘要: 针对小口径固体火箭发动机舱绝热层的打磨作业对自动化打磨的要求,提出利用三菱FX3U系列PLC和威纶通触摸屏,设计了一种具有正常打磨功能和断点打磨功能的PLC控制系统,该系统能够在正常打磨情况下实现绝热层的自动化打磨,也可在系统发生故障、急停、停断电的情况下实现断点打磨功能。详细论述了打磨机及其控制系统的硬件组成,并给出了打磨速度控制策略和打磨工序控制流程。实际应用结果表明,该绝热层打磨机控制系统具有操作简单、系统运行安全可靠及功能丰富等优点,且人机交互界面易于操作,能够有效地解决人工打磨造成绝热层打磨不均匀和生产效率低等问题。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the requirements of automatic grinding for the insulation layer of small caliber solid rocket's engine compartments, designed a PLC control system with normal grinding functions and breakpoint grinding functions was proposed by using Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC and Weinview touch screen.The PLC control system can automatically grind the insulation layer under normal grinding, and also can realize the breakpoint grinding function under the condition of system failures, emergency stop and electrical power off accidentally. This paper discusse the hardware components of the grinding machine and its control system in detail, and gives the grinding speed control strategy and grinding process control flow. The application results show that the insulation layer grinding machine has the advantages of simple operation, safe and reliable, multi-functions and the HMI interface is easy to operate and can solve the problems of uneven grinding and low production efficiency effectively caused by grinding artificially.
