基于Arduino小型激光雕刻机的研究与设计

Research and design based on Arduino small laser engraving machine

  • 摘要: 激光雕刻机以Arduino单片机为核心,并根据Arduino单片机与PC机的特点,对设计方案进行总体规划。设计了基于Arduino单片机的接口电路以及位于上位机的可重构数控系统。控制系统上、下位机均采用开放式、模块化、集成化的设计方法,设置了仿真模块、数据模块、译码模块以及通讯模块等软件结构模块,并对图像文件的处理做出简单叙述。研制了一台小型激光雕刻机数控试验台,对设计的小型激光雕刻机进行实际加工测试。

     

    Abstract: The laser engraving machine takes Arduino MCU as the core, and according to the characteristics of Arduino MCU and PC, the overall planning of the design is carried out. The interface circuit based on Arduino MCU and the reconfigurable CNC system located in the upper computer are designed. The upper and lower machines of the control system adopt open, modular and integrated design methods, and set up software structure modules such as simulation module, data module, decoding module and communication module, and make a simple description of the processing of image files. A small CNC engraving machine numerical control test bench was developed to carry out actual machining test on the designed laser engraving machine.
