激光焊接机的优化设计与运动仿真

Optimization design and motion simulation of laser welding machine

  • 摘要: 针对动力电池外壳的激光密封焊接技术,设计了激光焊接机的结构方案,采用X/Y轴直线电动机模组、Z轴线性模组,完成了电池壳四条边及其圆角的一次性焊接。利用UG对整机进行了运动仿真分析,采用ANSYS Workbench软件,完成了立柱和横梁的优化设计。对提高动力电池的焊接质量和效率具有重要作用。

     

    Abstract: In view of the laser seal welding technology of the power battery shell, the structure scheme of the laser welding machine is designed. The X/Y axis linear motor module and the Z axis linear module have been used to complete the one-off welding of the four sides and the round angle of the battery shell. The motion simulation analysis of the whole machine is carried out by using UG, and ANSYS Workbench software is used to complete the optimization design of columns and beams. It plays an important role in improving the welding quality and efficiency of power batteries.
