Abstract: In order to solve the problem of edge chamfer machining of stator end plate of AC motor, from the selection of machine tools, fixture design, tool use, processing methods, programming and other aspects, to solve the relevant technical problems.The design and correct use of fixture is the key to machining, according to the characteristics of the machine tool selected different processing and programming methods. Not limited to the use of molded tools, using common tools and macro programs to apply fitting approximation to complete the machining of different shapes and rounded corners, solved the processing requirement of diversity of parts traits, provides experience and reference for the production of related products.
