Abstract: In order to meet the needs of rapid delivery of small and medium-sized aeronautical structural parts, the aim is to improve the manufacturing accuracy, automation and efficiency of small and medium-sized aeronautical structural parts.Based on the analysis of the current situation of small and medium-sized structural parts processing in aviation industry, an automatic scheduling and scheduling platform for flexible production line is built.To achieve flexible production line process design and preparation process management, simplify the process preparation process, promote the application of rapid tooling change and automated program management.In the process of flexible production line processing and operation, visual management method is adopted to promote centralized management of process resource guarantee under automation environment.Finally, the management method has been successfully applied in a project, and good economic benefits have been achieved.
