基于工业互联网的数控机床数据采集平台应用研究

Application research of data acquisition platform for CNC machine tools based on industrial internet

  • 摘要: 设计并实现一种基于工业互联网的数控机床数据采集平台,实现远程感测、实时监测和功能动态扩展,并能为后续远程诊断提供安全可靠的数据。该数据平台基于工业互联网的,采用MTconnect协议标准,在物理层实现物理机床的和传感器的部署;在网络层开发适配器和代理服务器模块,实现数据平台的实时监测和动态拓展;在应用层开发了对采集数据的处理的数据可视化平台,并能支持不同的机器学习算法用于对所采集数据的分析。系统设计中对数据采集进行优化,在一个周期内发现数据有变化才将数据上传到数据平台,从而避免大量数据传输造成网络的延迟和冗余。最后通过实验,验证所开发的数据采集平台的有效性,满足数控机床对数据采集与分析的需求。

     

    Abstract: This paper designs and implements a data acquisition platform based on Industrial Internet to realize remote sensing, real-time monitoring and dynamic expansion of functions, which can provide reliable data for remote diagnosis. This platform is developed with wireless sensor networks and MTconnect standard. Physical machine tool and sensors are developed in the physical layer; an adapter and proxy server module can achieve real-time monitoring and dynamic expansion in the network layer; a data acquisition processing data visualization platform is developed in the application layer, which can support machine learning algorithms to analyse the collected data. The optimize data collection algorithm has been carry out, when there are data changes in a period the data will be uploaded to the data platform, to avoid network delay and redundancy. Finally, experiment results verify the effectiveness of the developed data acquisition platform, which can meet CNC machine tools for data acquisition and analysis.
