Abstract:
This paper designs and implements a data acquisition platform based on Industrial Internet to realize remote sensing, real-time monitoring and dynamic expansion of functions, which can provide reliable data for remote diagnosis. This platform is developed with wireless sensor networks and MTconnect standard. Physical machine tool and sensors are developed in the physical layer; an adapter and proxy server module can achieve real-time monitoring and dynamic expansion in the network layer; a data acquisition processing data visualization platform is developed in the application layer, which can support machine learning algorithms to analyse the collected data. The optimize data collection algorithm has been carry out, when there are data changes in a period the data will be uploaded to the data platform, to avoid network delay and redundancy. Finally, experiment results verify the effectiveness of the developed data acquisition platform, which can meet CNC machine tools for data acquisition and analysis.
