VR眼镜后组装生产线流程优化研究

Research on optimization of assembly line flow of VR glasses

  • 摘要: 对某企业VR眼镜的生产过程进行了分析,针对当前该产品产量较低的情况,提出了一种三维仿真软件和工业工程相结合的改善方案。首先根据生产线流程,采用Flexsim软件建立仿真模型,挖掘出瓶颈工序,然后运用工业工程手法进行分析改善,合理进行人员调度及资源配置,从而减少了浪费,提高了生产效率和产能。最后对改善方案进行仿真模拟,取得了明显的效果。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, theproduction process of VR glasses in an enterprise is analyzed. Aiming at the low production of VR glasses at present, an improvement sc-heme combining 3D simulation software and industrial engineering is pro-posed.First, according to the production line flow, Flexsim software was used to establish a simulation model to digout the bottleneck process.Then, IE techniques were used to analyze and improve the process, and personnel scheduling and resource allocation were carried out reasonably, thus reducing waste and improving production efficiency and productivity. Finally, the improvement scheme is simulated and the result is obvious.
