基于伺服电动缸驱动的铣削头主轴位置控制结构设计

The design of position control structure of milling head spindle based on servo electric cylinder drive

  • 摘要: 针对组合机床通用部件滑套式铣削头主轴伸出缩回运动的不足,设计了一种采用伺服电动缸驱动的主轴伸出缩回运动的结构方案。将铣削头主轴伸出缩回直线往复运动由液压缸驱动转换成伺服电动缸推杆驱动,主轴伸出位置实现无级精确控制,具备自动粗铣、半精铣、精铣、让刀功能。在数控组合铣床上实现柔性化加工,得到广泛应用。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the shortage of the retracting movement of the main shaft of the sliding part milling head of the common part of the combined machine tool, a structural scheme of the retracting movement of the main shaft driven by the servo electric cylinder is designed. The milling head spindle is extended and retracted into a linear reciprocating motion. The hydraulic cylinder drive is converted into a servo electric cylinder push rod drive. The spindle extension position is stepless and precise control, and has the functions of automatic rough milling, semi-finishing milling, finishing milling and allowing the knife. Flexible machining on CNC combined milling machines has been widely used.
