基于MasterCAM 9.1替换轴加工过切及误差分析研究

  • 摘要: MasterCAM 9.1软件提供了多种四轴加工的编程方法,其中替换轴编程方法在实际加工中得到广泛的应用,被证明在实际生产中行之有效的编程方法,但此方法如果应用不好会造成工件加工过切或加工有误差。为此,以圆柱槽编程加工为实例,找出MasterCAM 9.1软件替换轴编程方法造成的工件加工过切或加工误差的原因,并进行分析,有效地解决了替换轴编程方法造成的工件加工过切或误差的问题。

     

    Abstract: MasterCAM 9.1 software provides a variety of programming methods for four-axis machining. Among them, the replacement axis programming method has been widely used in practical processing. It has been proved to be an effective programming method in practical production. However, if this method is not applied properly, it will lead to over-cutting or errors in parts processing. Taking cylindrical groove programming as an example, this paper finds out the causes of parts overcutting or machining errors caused by MasterCAM 9.1 software replacement axle programming method, and analyses them. It effectively solves the problem of parts overcutting or machining errors caused by replacement axle programming method.
