Abstract:
Internet of things (IoT) in manufacturing is defined as the service system of the manufacturing industry through the internet connection of physical objects, people and systems in the future. Smart factory is the premise of building an IoT factory, which is very consistent with IoT. IoT not only deals with intelligent connections between physical objects, but also with the interaction with different IT tools used within digital factory. Because data and information come from heterogeneous IT systems, there are inconsistencies in the domain, viewpoint, granularity, and lifecycle phases, resulting in inability to interoperate when sharing data. Therefore, this paper studies the inconsistency based on the methods and principles of integrating digital factories, IT tools and IoT in heterogeneous IT environments. First of all, this paper proposes a method based on the identification information to integrate content, time and method. Secondly, it proposes to integrate the IoT and lifecycle management (PLM) platform based on semantic Web technology and open services for lifecycle collaboration (OSLC) standard on tool interoperability method.
