Abstract: VMC850LC vertical machining center after the reliability with a high precision temperature sensor, through the API software measurement data and docking, huazhong nc system for the thermal error compensation experiments, the results prove that the implementation of the error compensation can make the machine keep good accuracy and reliability, but also make the machine more suitable for production workshop working environment in our country, whether to end customer or machine manufacturer is helpful.
