基于特征的快速编程技术在飞机整体肋类零件中的应用

Application of feature-based rapid programming technology in aircraft integral rib parts

  • 摘要: 针对飞机整体肋类零件数控加工编程中存在的重复工作量大、质量不稳定、经验依赖性强等问题,面向主机厂推广基于特征的快速编程技术。介绍了基于特征的快速编程系统及其关键技术,以飞机整体肋类零件特征定义为基础,通过特征识别技术获取加工特征,结合现有典型工艺知识,实现自动工艺决策和数控加工刀轨的自动生成。以具有典型特征的飞机整体肋类零件对基于特征的快速编程系统进行验证。结果表明,该技术切实提高了飞机整体肋类零件数控编程的效率和质量,并已在航空制造企业得到成功应用。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of large repetitive workload, unstable quality and strong experience dependence in the numerical control machining programming of aircraft integral rib parts, feature-based rapid programming technology is promoted for the main aircraft manufacturing enterprises. This paper mainly introduces the feature-based rapid programming system and its key technologies. Based on the definition of the feature of aircraft integral rib parts, the machining feature are acquired through the feature recognition technology. Combined with the existing typical process knowledge, the automatic process decision-making and the automatic generation of NC machining tool path are realized. The feature-based rapid programming system is verified with the typical rib parts of aircraft, and the results show that the technology has effectively improved the efficiency and quality of NC programming for the rib parts of aircraft, and has been successfully applied in aviation manufacturing enterprises.
