Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of large repetitive workload, unstable quality and strong experience dependence in the numerical control machining programming of aircraft integral rib parts, feature-based rapid programming technology is promoted for the main aircraft manufacturing enterprises. This paper mainly introduces the feature-based rapid programming system and its key technologies. Based on the definition of the feature of aircraft integral rib parts, the machining feature are acquired through the feature recognition technology. Combined with the existing typical process knowledge, the automatic process decision-making and the automatic generation of NC machining tool path are realized. The feature-based rapid programming system is verified with the typical rib parts of aircraft, and the results show that the technology has effectively improved the efficiency and quality of NC programming for the rib parts of aircraft, and has been successfully applied in aviation manufacturing enterprises.
