Abstract:
Defects such as cracks and pits on the surface of the machined surface may reduce the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the part, cause premature failure of the part, study the formation mechanism of defects, and propose effective methods for predicting surface defects to improve the quality of the product and to ensure the efficiency of product production is of great significance. Discribed the formation mechanism of surface defects, analyzed the influence of processing parameters on surface defects, summarized the research results of statistical analysis and prediction of existing defects, and reviewed the effects of surface defects on the corrosion resistance of workpieces.
