Abstract:
In view of the problems existing in the NC milling process of blisk, combined with the research of domestic and foreign literature in recent years, the optimization of milling process strategies and process parameters was introduced from the perspective of optimization, focused on the research status of optimization technologies such as tool accessibility, machining efficiency, chatter deformation, tool wear, optimization model and optimization algorithm. Through the analysis of problems existing in the existing research, the research methods of the optimization technology of NC milling of blisk were discussed, which had certain reference significance for the later research of blisk manufacturing technology.
