Abstract:
The contact of the parabolic gear tooth profile is concave-convex contact, the tooth profile is tightly meshed, the root thickness is large, and it has good bearing performance. In order to solve the problems of complex calculation and low efficiency of parabolic gear design, the command flow file is written in APDL parametric language in ANSYS software, and the parametric design of the parabolic gear 3D model is realized. The method can modify the whole model by modifying the feature parameters, improve the modeling efficiency, and provide strong support for the static analysis, modal analysis and nonlinear analysis of the parabolic gear.
