Abstract: This paper aims at the problems of difficulty in manufacturing, difficulty in ensuring accuracy and low efficiency of the fixture for the filter drum arrangement. Based on the TRIZ theory, according to the solution of technical contradictions and the actual situation of the problem, a concrete and feasible solution is obtained. Practice has proved that the design scheme is feasible and reliable, greatly shortening the processing cycle of fixture, improving production efficiency and saving costs.
