Abstract: As an important functional part of NC machine tool, the working reliability and safety of hydraulic chuck directly affect the precision and efficiency of NC machining. In view of the problems of weak logic, poor readability and low safety in the control program of hydraulic chuck in many enterprises, a kind of modular control mode of hydraulic chuck based on FANUC PMC is presented to realize the safe and reliable work of hydraulic chuck.
