Design and application of two-point servo center frame

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种带有伺服系统的两点式中心架的结构、原理及应用效果。该装置从驱动端到动作输出端中间结构简化、紧凑,传动环节少,在磨削过程中能实现随工件尺寸变化自动跟踪功能,因而能大大提升磨削精度、质量及稳定性,作为机床的功能部件可提高机床总体品质和价值。

     

    Abstract: The structure, principle and application effect of a two-point center frame with servo system are introduced in this paper. The device has simplified and compact middle structure from the driving end to the output end of the action, it has few transmission links. It can automatically track the change of workpiece size in the grinding process, so it can greatly improve the grinding accuracy, quality and stability. As a functional part of the machine tool, it can improve the overall quality and value of the machine tool.
