  • 摘要: 针对精密车床对数控系统的具体需求,提出并初步实现了一种开放式数控系统方案。主要探讨了精密车床开放式数控系统的总体方案,设计了FPGA硬件电路,研究了FPGA在精密车床开放式数控系统中的伺服电动机同步控制、信号处理、通信及反馈调节等多种功能的实现方式,并对各项功能进行了仿真和实验测试。切削实验结果表明,该系统实时性高、同步性好,加工精度高且加工过程稳定可靠,具有一定的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the specific requirements of the precision lathe on the numerical control system, an open numerical control system scheme was proposed and implemented. This paper mainly discusses the overall scheme of the open CNC system of precision lathe, designs the FPGA hardware circuit, and studies the realization of various functions such as synchronous control, signal processing, communication and feedback adjustment of the servo motor in the open CNC system of the precision lathe. The method and simulation and experimental testing of each function. The cutting experiment results show that the system has high real-time performance, good synchronization, high processing precision and stable and reliable processing, and has certain application prospects.
