Application of FANUC PMi-A in synchronous control of servo press line

  • 摘要: 基于FANUC PMI-A数控系统,用于伺服冲压线同步控制,介绍了伺服冲压线中伺服压力机和机械手的结构。详细叙述了其在伺服冲压线同步控制中所用到的电子凸轮(electronic CAM)和单元间同步(inter unit synchronization)功能的概念、系统参数配置及编程实现方法。通过冲压设备实际控制效果,说明了应用该功能可以实现伺服冲压线的精确同步控制及整线高节拍运行。

     

    Abstract: A synchronous control method for servo press line is proposed. The structure of servo press and manipulator in servo press line is introduced. Based on FANUC PMI-A numerical control system, the electronic cam and inter unit synchronization functions used in the synchronous control of servo press line are described in detail, including CNC parameter configuration and programming method. Through the actual control effect of the stamping equipment, it is shown that the application of these functions can realize the precise synchronous control and the high-beat operation of the servo press line.
