The status of directed energy deposition (DED) research on the quality control

  • 摘要: 金属增材制造过程中,直接能量沉积成形(DED)技术面临着成形质量较差的问题。在生产加工的各个阶段,基体、粉(或丝)材的温度状态及变化规律都直接影响着成形件的加工质量,探究工艺参数与温度因素之间的规律及影响机理具有重要的作用和意义。在技术应用过程中,不同的加工工艺类型直接决定了工件的加工质量,而能量输入、温度控制、扫描路径、成形形状等工艺参数对成形质量也具有十分重要的影响。因此,开展工艺参数研究、探究成形过程机理,加深对增材制造微观层面的理解,将成为重要的研究内容和发展方向。

     

    Abstract: In the process of metal additive manufacturing, the directed energy deposition(DED)method faces the problem of poor forming quality. The temperature and change law of the substrate, powder (or wire) directly affect the component quality in the whole production process. Exploring the law and influence mechanism between process parameters and temperature factor is of great significance. In the application process of technology, the type of processing technology directly determines the forming quality. The main process parameters, such as energy input, temperature control, scanning path and forming shape, also have a significant impact on the forming quality. Making research on process parameters, exploring the mechanism of forming process, and deepening the understanding of additive manufacturing at the micro level will become important research contents and development directions.
