Abstract:
The five-axis worktable is designed for the problem of inadequate ability of laser marking three-dimensional surface workpiece. Its degree of freedom is analyzed by constructing both a motion model of five-axis worktable and two-dimensional scanning of laser galvanometer. Kinematics analysis of five-axis worktable is carried out from the angle of optimum focal length required for laser marking. The topological structure of the kinematics model of the whole system is drawn, and the coordinates of the system are transformed. It is proved the rationality of structure design by calculating the parametric equation of five axes of worktable. It is improved interpolation algorithm by laser head parallel marking face to achieve effective laser calibration in the experiment.
