DFC-800LC超精密单点金刚石飞切机床控制系统设计与开发

Design and development of control system of DFC-800LC ultra-precision single-point diamond fly cutting machine tool

  • 摘要: 根据超精密单点金刚石飞切机床工艺特点,采用“IPC+总线+伺服驱动器”架构实现X轴/主轴的运动控制,并通过IPC与西门子PLC的OPC通讯,实现飞切机床逻辑控制及智能状态监测。针对测控系统新架构进行功能梳理,基于Qt5.9开发平台,完成飞切机床人机交互界面的开发。经过长时间工艺实验测试,机床软硬件运行良好,控制系统性能稳定,实现KDP晶体加工粗糙度达1.173 nm,大口径铝件加工PV值优于3 μm的高精度指标。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, according to process characteristics of the Ultra-precision single-point diamond fly cutting machine tool, the structure of "IPC+Bus+Servo Driver" is adopted to realize X-axis/spindle motion control, and through the OPC communication between IPC and Siemens PLC, the logical control and intelligent state monitoring of the fly-cutting machine tool are realized. The function of the new structure control system is combed. Based on Qt5.9 platform, the development of Human-machine Interface for fly-cutting machine tool is completed. After a long process test, the software and hardware of the machine tool measurement and control system run well, and the control system has stable performance. The processing roughness of KDP crystal reaches 1.173 nm, and the processing PV value of large-caliber aluminium parts is better than 3 μm.
