Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing the rotating actuator cylinder model, in order to perform the performance analysis and algorithm verification of rotary actuator more accurately, a control system model of rotary actuator considering the influence of fuel pressure was designed. In Matlab/Simulink, build dependent functional modules, including the controller model, the electro-hydraulic servo valve model, rotating actuator cylinder model, etc., and then integrate the functional modules, build the model of rotary actuator cylinder servo control system. In order to ensure the quickness and effectiveness of simulation, the model adopts PI controller, the open area of electro-hydraulic servo valve following current adopts one-dimensional look-up table, the model of rotary actuator cylinder designs as the actual physical structure, and considers the two kinds of differential pressure for opening and closing. The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method, and a new way of thinking for rotary actuator cylinder control system design and test is provided.
