Abstract: Manufacturing technology of front disk arc section of fan impeller has always been a bottleneck restricting the manufacture of ventilator, Traditional fan impeller front disc arc section fabrication needs to adopt integral hot pressing process, which has long production cycle and high cost. Through the study of spinning process, considering the deformation and other key factors in spinning process, the spinning die and die manufacturing process are designed. In practical application, the production cycle is effectively shortened and the manufacturing cost is reduced. This manufacturing method is suitable for all kinds of arc ring parts, and has the value of popularization and application.
