基于变形有限元仿真的薄壁套筒加工参数优选

Thin-wall cylinder processing parameter optimization based on deformation simulation of thin-wall liner

  • 摘要: 为了实现薄壁件加工中的最小形变,利用UG NX软件的有限元仿真模块,对薄壁件车削加工参数优选进行了研究。通过建立有限元仿真模型,分析某一加工瞬时薄壁件受力变形情况,并通过切削实验对比仿真结果,实验结果表明:仿真模拟数据与实际测量数据具有较高一致性。最后设计了基于有限元仿真模拟的正交实验,优选最佳切削参数组合。

     

    Abstract: To achieve the minimize deformation in the processing of thin-wall parts, the paper studied on the cutting parameter optimization by the deformation simulation using UG NX. A finite element simulation model was established to analyze the deformation of thin-wall liner at some instant. An experiment was designed to contrast simulation results, which showed that the simulation data were highly consistent with the actual measurement data. Finally, an orthogonal experiment based on finite element simulation was intended to optimize the cutting parameters.
