短钨杆自动无心磨削工艺研究

Study on automatic centerless grinding technology of short tungsten rod

  • 摘要: 磨光钨杆是冷阴极灯中重要的热电子发射材料,其需求量大。但传统的加工工艺过程材料消耗大,严重影响了产品的竞争力,因此亟待改进传统的加工工艺过程。而实现短钨杆自动无心磨削是整个工艺过程中最大的技术难点。实验运用振动上料、分体式刀架、导轮垂直与水平回转角调整,研究短钨杆无心磨削工艺,解决了由于产品细又短而长期无法实现自动无心磨削的技术难点。该工艺有效提高了生产效率和材料利用率,为光源零部件的生产开创了新的道路,取得了非常好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Polished tungsten is one of the most important thermal electronic emission materials used in XENON FLASH lamp. The demand is huge. But the consumption rate is high produced with traditional process, it badly impact the competitive of product. The traditional process need to be optimized. The difficulty is to realize centerless polish for short tungsten pin. This experiment solve the difficulty by using vibration loading unit, separate cutting rack and calibration of angle of loading wheel in vertical and horizontal direction. The research of process for centerless polish realizes difficulty in polishing pins which are thin and short. This process enhances the productivity and usage rate of raw material. Create a new way in manufacturing lighting components, achieve better economic reward.
