Abstract:
Polished tungsten is one of the most important thermal electronic emission materials used in XENON FLASH lamp. The demand is huge. But the consumption rate is high produced with traditional process, it badly impact the competitive of product. The traditional process need to be optimized. The difficulty is to realize centerless polish for short tungsten pin. This experiment solve the difficulty by using vibration loading unit, separate cutting rack and calibration of angle of loading wheel in vertical and horizontal direction. The research of process for centerless polish realizes difficulty in polishing pins which are thin and short. This process enhances the productivity and usage rate of raw material. Create a new way in manufacturing lighting components, achieve better economic reward.
