粘胶紧固法在高精度薄壁工件加工中的装夹应用

  • 摘要: 针对高精度薄壁类工件在机械加工中由于夹紧力1导致变形,造成工件尺寸、形状、位置精度超差的问题,通过加工实例引入了一种特殊的装夹方式——粘胶固定法,成功解决了工件的装夹变形问题,保证了工件的所有工艺要求,为以后加工薄壁类工件提供了很好的依据和借鉴2

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the high-precision thin-walled parts are deformed due to the clamping force during machining, resulting in the size, shape and position accuracy of the parts, a special clamping method is introduced through the processing example - the adhesive is tight. The solid method successfully solves the problem of clamping deformation of the parts, guarantees all the process requirements of the parts, and provides a good basis and reference for the later processing of thin-walled parts.
