基于激光跟踪仪的多目视觉全局标定算法研究

Global calibration algorithm for multi-eye vision based on laser tracker

  • 摘要: 全局标定是大尺寸检测系统中多目视觉完成数据融合非常重要的一个环节。通过特定的双目立体视觉标靶板结构,在完成双目立体视觉标定前提下,通过激光跟踪仪及相关视觉算法,完成多目视觉下的全局标定,并将该技术应用于大型轨道客车车身关键尺寸检测场景中,通过实验分析,该全局标定算法具备了良好的健壮性,提高了大型轨道客车车身关键尺寸检测现场适应性,提高了检测效率及精度。

     

    Abstract: Global calibration is a very important part of data fusion for multi-vision in large-scale detection system. Through the specific structure of binocular stereo vision target plate, under the premise of completing binocular stereo vision calibration, the global calibration under multi-vision is completed by laser tracker and related vision algorithm. The technology is applied to the scene of key dimensions detection of large-scale railway passenger car body. Through experimental analysis, the global calibration algorithm has good robustness and improves the large-scale rail. The field adaptability of key dimensions detection of bus body can improve the detection efficiency and accuracy.
