基于动态测量的列车转向架直径快速复检系统设计

Design of rapid reexamination system of train bogie diameter based on dynamic measurement

  • 摘要: 为了能够快速实现对列车转向架直径快速复检,构建了列车转向架直径快速复检系统。对所述复检系统的动态测量理论、坐标系标定等关键算法进行研究,并在此基础上搭建了列车转向架直径快速复检系统GUI。首先,根据列车转向架的特征介绍了动态测量系统的设计。然后,利用坐标系转换对所获取的点云数据进行坐标变化。接着,利用相对测量算法,实现对列车转向架直径进行快速运算。最后,搭建了满足企业需求的列车转向架直径快速复检系统GUI。实验结果表明:基于动态测量的列车转向架直径快速复检系统测量精度为±0.1 mm。能够满足企业对于列车转向架直径快速复检的需求。

     

    Abstract: In order to quickly recheck the diameter of train bogies, a system of quick rechecking of bogie diameters is constructed. The dynamic measurement theory, coordinate system calibration and other key algorithms of the reinspection system are studied. On the basis of this, a fast rechecking system of train bogie diameters GUI is built. Firstly, the design of dynamic measurement system is introduced according to the characteristics of train bogie. Then, coordinate transformation is used to change the coordinates of the obtained point cloud data. Then, the relative measurement algorithm is used to realize the fast calculation of the train bogie diameter. Finally, a fast rechecking systam of train bogie diameters GUI is built to meet the needs of the enterprise. The experimental results show that the measuring accuracy of the system based on dynamic measurement is ±0.1 mm. To meet the needs of the enterprise for the rapid re-examination of bogie diameter.
