基于仿真的混流装配系统布局结构分析与优化

Analysis and optimization of hybrid assembly system layout configuration based on simulation

  • 摘要: 以混流装配系统布局结构为对象,利用系统布局规划方法对原有结构进行了改进设计,以系统生产物流量为约束条件,计算作业区关系、系统综合关系、作业区接近水平,进而得出改进的系统布局结构。基于仿真技术,构建两种布局结构的仿真模型。以系统装配能力、作业区利用率为目标,对比考察了两种结构的系统性能。仿真结果表明:不同仿真时间条件下,改进后系统布局结构随着仿真时间的变化系统装配制造能力明显提高,改进后作业区利用率趋势曲线高于原有布局结构。

     

    Abstract: The original configuration is improved by the systematic layout planning method, and hybrid assembly system layout configuration is taken as the object; the. The relationship of operation area, system comprehensive relation and operation area level are calculated with the constraint condition of system material flow, and the improved system layout configuration is presented. The two simulation models of layout configuration are built based on simulation technology. The system performance of the two configurations is compared with the system assembly capacity and utilization ratio. The simulation results show that: the assembly manufacturing capacity of improved system layout configuration is increased significantly with the change of the simulation time, and the utilization trend curve of improved system layout configuration is higher than the original layout configuration with the condition of different simulation time.
