任意定向功能在FANUC配CTB中的实现

  • 摘要: 论述了FANUC数控系统0i系列PMC轴控制应用,应用PMC轴控制技术对CTB国产伺服单元的控制,实现主轴任意定向的功能,简要的阐述了主轴任意定向的基本原理、梯形图PMC的编写、参数的设置、任意定向功能的实现过程,解决了FANUC系统主轴任意定向功能都必须采用FANUC伺服单元,价格高等问题。为用户提供另一种可替代的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the application of PMC axis control in FANUC NC system 0i series, applies PMC axis control technology to control CTB domestic servo unit, realizes the function of arbitrary orientation of spindle, briefly expounds the basic principle of arbitrary orientation of spindle, the compilation of trapezoidal PMC, the setting of parameters and the realization process of arbitrary orientation function, and solves the problem of arbitrary orientation function of spindle in FANUC system. FANUC servo unit must be used to solve the problem of high price and provide readers with another alternative solution.
