摘要: 针对某高速铣削中心机床主轴试验台进行了热变形误差的测试,基于TMAC系统建立了热误差模型,并将模型整合在数控系统中,将主轴热变形对加工误差的影响降到最小,取得了良好的效果,为主轴结构的设计优化和在线热误差补偿技术研究提供了参考。Abstract: The thermal error of a high-speed milling center machine tool spindle test bench is tested. Based on the TMAC system, thermal error model is established, which is integrated into the numerical control system.The model minimizes the influence of the thermal deformation of the spindle on the processing error and achieves good results. It provides a reference for the design optimization of the spindle structure and the thermal error online compensation technology.
