优先数系与冲模标准尺寸体系研究

Research on priority number system and Mold standard size system

  • 摘要: 在模具标准化规划和标准制修订过程中,我国大量参照了ISO标准的结构和技术内容。对于具有尺寸参数的标准而言,尺寸体系是标准制修订的重要基础。冲模是模具总量中所占比例较大的模具类型之一。通过对现行GB以及ISO冲模标准进行研究,其尺寸体系与优先数系存在极大的相关性。尤其是GB冲模模架标准的尺寸体系完全采用优先数系,而GB其他冲模零件以及ISO标准基本采用优先数系的尺寸体系,但并未完全按照优先数系的数值制定。通过与优先数系的相关性研究可大致了解我国现行冲模标准的尺寸体系概况,能够对未来采标过程中新标准的采标程度,以及旧标准是否需要重新修订提供判断依据。

     

    Abstract: In the process of mold standardization planning and standard revision and revision, China has made extensive reference to the structure and technical content of ISO standards. Punching mold is one of the mould types which takes up a large proportion in the total amount of mould. Through the research on the current GB and ISO die standards, the size system has a great correlation with the priority number system. In particular, the size system of GB die frame standard basically adopts the priority number system, while other GB die parts standards and ISO basically adopt the priority number system of size system, but not completely in accordance with the value of the priority number system.Through the correlation study with the priority number system, the size system of China's current die standards can be roughly understood, and the degree of the new standards in the future bidding process, as well as whether the old standards need to be revised to provide a basis for judgment.
