基于UG/Open API实现加工能耗快速评估

摘要: 为实现在三维设计软件中对产品加工能耗进行快速评估, 文章在构建设计特征-加工特征-加工方法基础数据库的基础上, 提出航天零件产品粗加工和精加工机床能耗模型, 建立从设计特征到加工能耗的映射。并提出在UG CAD模块中通过基于UG/Open API, 通过标记特征面、定义特征类型、输入特征精度等级实现零件的加工过程能耗快速评估预测。采用C++语言编写.dll动态数据库, 在UG CAD模块中通过调用动态数据库的方式, 实现能耗快速评估功能。并以某航天产品为例验证了方案的可行性。Abstract: To realize the rapid energy consumption assessment of the product in the 3D design software, rough machining and finish machining energy modeling was put forward based on the construction of design feature-machining feature-processing method database, and the mapping relation of design feature and machining feature was built. It is proposed that the rapid processing energy consumption was realized by marking feature surface, defining feature types and inputting feature accuracy level based on the UG/Open API. The function of rapid energy consumption assessment was realized by compiling.dll format dynamic database using C++ language and invoking dynamic database in the CAD modules. The space product was taken for example to verify the feasibility of the project.
