基于中走丝线切割机床的外部可调张力紧丝机构研制

Development of external adjustable tension tightening mechanism based on medium-speed WEDM machine

  • 摘要: 针对中走丝线切割机床电极丝, 随加工时间增长其张力变小, 以致出现短路、切割停顿、加工表面质量下降等问题。这里研制了一种外部可调张力紧丝机构, 仅在紧丝时与走丝系统构成回路, 解决加工过程中出现张力不足, 尤其是新上丝时紧丝量大的问题。实践证明: 利用这种可调张力紧丝机构, 加工表面粗糙度减小约30%, 有效提高了工件的加工质量和加工效率。

     

    Abstract: As for the electrode wire of the Meidum-speed WEDM machine tool, its tension decreases with the increase of processing time, which leads to problems such as short circuit, cutting stop, and surface quality decline.Here, an external adjustable tension tightening wire mechanism is developed, which only forms a circuit with the wire moving system when the wire is tightened, so as to solve the problem of insufficient tension in the process of processing, especially the large amount of wire tightening when the new wire is applied.The practice has proved that the roughness of the machined surface can be reduced by about 30% by using the adjustable tensioning mechanism, which can effectively improve the machining quality and efficiency of the workpiece.
