基于粉末材料物理性能的新型3D打印切片研究

Research on new 3D printing slice based on physical properties of powder materials

  • 摘要: 大多数3D打印制造涉及热加工, 其面临的主要问题是热应力和残余应力对加工过程中薄层性能的影响。为此提出了一种能够进行数值模拟的新型3D打印制造系统, 通过建立基于粉末材料物理性能的自适应切片方法, 从而可以快速实现最佳的工艺规范。

     

    Abstract: Most of the 3D printing processes involve thermal processing, and the main problems they face are the influence of thermal stress and residual stress on the properties of thin layers in the process of processing. In this paper, a new 3D printing manufacturing system which can simulate numerically is proposed. By establishing an adaptive slicing method based on the physical properties of powder materials, the optimal process specification can be achieved quickly.
