基于侧向压紧器的弱刚性异形零件加工研究

摘要: 弱刚性零件在加工过程中存在装夹引起的变形和切削力引起的变形。针对普通装夹方式下零件夹紧力不易控制导致零件变形不可控, 进而无法保证加工精度的问题, 提出了一种基于侧向压紧器的弱刚性异形零件加工方法。通过测算加工前压紧力和切削力的大小, 判断压紧力是否满足切削力的要求, 借助专用工具施加相应的夹紧力, 保证了夹紧力引起的变形在可接受的范围内, 同时不影响正常切削加工, 加工结果表明实际加工大面的平面度和各配合部位的位置精度均达到了设计要求。Abstract: Distortion caused by gripping and cutting usually exists in weak rigidity part machining. Clamping force is difficult to control with traditional clamping method, which will cause distortion uncontrollable. A new method based on lateral clamping device is raised to ensure machining accuracy. By calculating pressing force and machining force, appropriate clamping force could be applied, therefore distortion will be in acceptable range and machining will keep steady simultaneously. The machining result shows that flatness and dimensional accuracy has achieved design requirement.
